Jr. Lifeguard Prep Classes return January 2026!
Our Jr. Lifeguard Prep Classes are designed to help students build the confidence, skills, and stamina they need to succeed in their Jr. Lifeguard tryout!
In these classes, swimmers will focus on:
- Timed swim training
- Endurance and Speed
- Freestyle Technique
- Beneficial swim skills for the tryout
Led by experienced coaches in a supportive environment, these prep classes are a great way for aspiring Jr. Guards to improve their performance and go into their tryout feeling strong, ready, and confident.
2026 Sessions Dates
- January 26th-Febuarary 13th
- February 23rd-March 13th
- March 23rd-April 10th
- April 20th-May 8th

Note: Students must be at least 9 years old, or turn 9 by their Jr. Lifeguard tryout date. They must also be able to swim freestyle (since this will be a large group setting with a coach outside of the water).
