FAQ
1. Once I enroll, how am I billed for lessons?
-We require a card to be placed on file in order to hold the time spot. Every first of the month, the card will be billed the monthly tuition rate and your child will automatically be enrolled in the same time spot unless we are told otherwise. Tuition is only ever pro-rated if you begin enrollment at Watersafe mid-month.
2. Is my tuition adjusted if you are closed for a holiday?
-Tuition is based on a flat rate of 4 weeks in a month. If there is a 5th week, we do not charge extra; if we are closed on your lesson day, we do not provide makeups or prorate tuition.
3. Why does my child have to wear a swim diaper & Happy Nappy if they are already potty trained?
-Children who are potty trained are still at risk of causing a pool closure because the warm 92 degree water may be relaxing on little tummies and they may not realize they need to go. We take all necessary precautions to prevent pool closures and for the health and safety of our students, children up to the age of 4 years old must be double diapered. The first layer would be a disposable swim diaper and the second layer a Happy Nappy reusable diaper cover by the brand Splash About. If your child is already potty trained and feels uncomfortable wearing a swim diaper, they may wear their underwear instead with the Happy Nappy.
4. Can I still use my make-ups while not being enrolled?
-Yes, you may use your make-ups at any time pending availability.
5. What is “Schedule Day” and when does it open?
-Our schedule day is always the last Wednesday of the month (to sign up for the following month) Time spots that will open are dependent on students who will be discontinuing lessons. Our updated schedule is posted at 8:00 a.m the last Wednesday. Being online as early as possible is recommended as time spots do fill up fast and are on a first come, first serve basis! Having an account ahead of schedule is highly recommended and saves time during the enrollment process. To create an account, click below.
6. Are your pools available for public use?
-Our pools are exclusively used for swim lessons, we don’t offer any rental or recreational swim.
