Our Vision: Our goal for anyone working within our organization is that they feel empowered to be their authentic best selves and that social barriers such as unequal treatment, cultural stereotyping, and racial trauma are removed. Our DEIB program will create an environment where we can encourage and embrace the differences that each of us brings to our organization.
Our Mission: Watersafe Swim School’s DEIB Committee is responsible for establishing and leading a safe space to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for each stakeholder. By creating an environment that matches our DEIB values, this will allow our colleagues to bring their authentic selves to work each day as we learn from the past, moving forward with positive prevention while advocating for and recruiting from underrepresented groups.
